the air conditioning in the room made some noise during the night.

non-functional showerslow response
the shower did not work properly. the staff also responded slowly to requests, very frustrating. breakfast ran out well before the scheduled end time, without staff replenishing it.

the location offered a good escape , just a short walk from the lively center. i particularly enjoyed the sky pool on level 7, with its amazing view. the staff were very attentive , and the breakfast buffet impressed me with the iced coffee and fresh pomelo salad. our villa included a private spa.
i found the gym equipment to be a little outdated.

our beautiful river view balcony room was spacious , featured modern decor , and had comfortable beds. the bathroom included a separate shower and a soaking tub. fluffy towels were provided. the view of the river from the balcony was serene.
